Some register usage automatically while others rely on a manual system to calulate out what has been used from the mini bar fridge.
One hears so many complaints and horror stories about what happens when they use the mini bar fridge or sometimes even just simply lift up one of the items in the refrigerator and then of course there is the astronomical amount the some hotels charge for these items (items like drinks, nuts and chips etc)
